- They most probably won't be giving out trials any time soon. I haven't been contacted by their representatives even after some weeks waiting. All attempts to contact their customer supports were failed as well (no response received). When I inquired their CTO (yes,
strangely enough,contacting their CTO is easier than their CS) about this, he told me that "[t]he trial had bugs which will be fixed in the official release" and advised me to "wait for the official release on May 3rd". --Roberto Lie 19 apr 2011 12:53 (UTC)
